Oasis HVAC Diffusers - Warranty Information

At Oasis, we stand behind the quality and functionality of our products. We’re committed to ensuring that your Oasis HVAC Diffuser performs at its best, providing a long-lasting and efficient experience for your space.


Each Oasis HVAC Diffuser comes with a 1-year warranty, covering any manufacturer defects or malfunctions that may occur under normal usage. If your diffuser stops working within the first year, we will repair or replace it at our expense to restore its functionality.



Lifetime Warranty with Oil Subscription


For our valued customers who subscribe to our oils, we offer an exclusive lifetime warranty on the Oasis HVAC Diffuser. This warranty ensures that, as long as you maintain an active oil subscription and meet the minimum purchase requirement, your diffuser will be repaired or replaced if any functionality issues arise.


To qualify for the lifetime warranty, the following terms must be met:

  • Minimum Purchase Requirement: You must purchase at least 4 bottles of oils annually, which is half of the typical consumption for the average user.
  • Active Subscription: Your oil subscription must remain active and current for the lifetime warranty to remain valid.

Warranty Coverage

Both the 1-year and lifetime warranties cover the Oasis HVAC Diffuser under conditions of normal use. This includes the repair or replacement of the machine if it malfunctions or ceases to function as intended.

Exclusions and Limitations

The following are not covered under our warranties:

  • User Error: Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or maintenance of the diffuser.
  • Environmental Factors: Damage from power surges, water, fire, or other external environmental factors.
  • Consumables: The oils and other consumables used with the diffuser are not covered under warranty.
  • Misuse or Negligence: Damage resulting from neglect, improper cleaning, or failure to follow the provided instructions for use.
  • Non-Compliance with Subscription Terms: If the annual oil purchase requirement is not met, the lifetime warranty will be voided.
